By submitting an entry (picture, comment, share, or like) to any contest you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Mary's Tack and Feed, and that you satisfy all eligibility requirements. The information you provide will be used for contacting and delivering prize winnings to contest winner. By submitting an entry to any contest, you allow and agree to let Mary’s Tack and Feed use your image for promotional use. Contest governed by U.S. law. Contest is open to U.S. residents 16 years old and older. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

Regarding voting contests, participants may vote once only in a 24 hour period. One winner will be chosen based on vote totals as of the posted end of the contest. In the event of a tie one winner will be randomly selected by Mary's Tack and Feed. No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

Prior winners of contests from Mary’s Tack and Feed may not enter or win within 12 months of previous prize winning. All contests exclude Mary’s employees, previous employees, family members or business partners.
