The 4 Runner has a Medium S shank in handsome satin finish. The unique mouthpiece is double jointed with a half circle low port and is curved to lie evenly across the tongue. The center piece has four copper rollers. This bit offers independent action, tongue pressure, bar pressure, and some palate pressure. Copper rollers encourage salivation.
