Zilco Flower Hackamore
The Zilco Flower Hackamore is a biothane bitless hackamore that uses pressure points on the face and varying degrees of poll pressure to work effectively. Biothane is a synthetic material made of a co-polymer coated nylon webbing that is very durable, flexible, and low maintenance. It is waterproof and only requires wiping down to clean - no leather cleaners or conditioners needed.
The Flower Hackamore from Zilco has an attractive design as well as practical aspects that make it a great bitless option for your horse. The PVC waffle padded nose is contoured for a comfortable fit over your horse's nose and can be adjusted easily with the top strap and conway buckle. The chin strap is adjustable too, to accommodate many sizes of horse. The Flower Hackamore uses pressure points on the nose and chin, while the unique cheek shanks let the rider adjust the reins and crownpiece (not included) to increase or decrease poll pressure as desired.
