Jump'In Small Cheek Swales
The Jump'In Small Cheek Swales bit is a useful bit for horses needing the leverage of a Pelham but without the poll and neck pressure. The Swales bit has floating rings to attach the cheek pieces. When the bit is engaged, there is no action on the bridle cheeks.

- 50mm cheek

- German Silver (65% Copper, 23% Zinc, 12% Nickel) mouthpiece
The Jump'in Small Cheek Swales can be used with a single pair of reins or two sets of reins. The German Silver mouthpiece encourages salivation and the port leaves room for the tongue. The 2" long shanks allow moderately strong leverage and the bit must be used with a curb chain, which is included. The Swales bit is for experienced hands with a light touch. It can be a nice transition toward the use of a Weymouth.
