HOW TO MEASURE: To figure out the correct collar size, measure your dog's neck and add 2 inches (so, if your dog's neck is 16 inches + 2 inches = order the 18 inch collar). The collar size you order should buckle on the middle hole; each collar has 5 holes for adjustment.

    I am very happy with this collar. It is a perfect fit, is very well made, I love the width (hard to find in a 16” length), and it looks beautiful.

    This is a beautiful collar. I purchased it for my new Mexicali rescue dog that I just adopted. He his about 60 lbs and does not a real long neck. I was worried the wider collars would be too cumbersome on him. This collar is for ID purposes. I walk him with a martingale right now. This is a 20" collar and he has a 18" neck and fits perfect. There is about a 3-4 inch flat area on top to have a brass plate for name and Phone number, which I will get. Its hard to find a quality leather narrow collar for larger necks, and Tory leather Co.did a beautiful job. I have always purchased Mary"s beautiful leather collars for my dogs over the years. I have never been disappointed and it will last him his lifetime. I highly recommend it.

    Really, the only issue I had with this collar is that I wish it had another hole. I ordered based on the recommendations given, and I have to use the collar on the loosest notch. Definitely no room for my dog to grow into. Other than that, it's a very handsome collar and it doesn't seem to itch or bother my dog at all (I haven't seen her even notice that it's on!). She hates almost all other collars, especially canvas/fabric ones. Additionally, there was some sort of mix up in the order status after I ordered it, but the customer service was fabulous and so kind, responsive and helpful!
