I just received my Stübben double elastic, padded, ebony girth in the mail. I love it! The girth itself is just as described, the leather is very soft and well padded for comfort. I like how the middle of the girth is a bit wider than other traditional hunter girths. Though, I had to order up a few sizes, my 15.3 gelding fits a 56! He originally used to wear an old 48 girth, but the elastics were stretched out and he has put healthy weight on, so I had to go up quite a bit. Plus, I would say this particular girth runs small because my horse is average size, not really a big guy. This girth is definitely worth the price, overall a great buy and great product from Stübben.
