Nice leather
I bought these to replace a pair of Webbers that were finally wearing after 7 years. I wanted a pair with holes closer together and these fit the bill. The leather is nice and they adjust smoothly. The covers are a little tight but I feel they will stretch a little over time. I had another pair of Passier leathers and they lasted forever. I feel these are of the same quality. They are measured from the last hole to the top. I had to return a pair that I bought because I assumed, like the Webbers, would measure end to end. They were too long by 3". I'd suggest measuring the length of your current leathers from the hole where you stirrup sits to the top and give some leeway a couple of holes each way for fine tuning. There are only 7 holes so you need to fine the right length. If it helps anyone, I'm 5'6" with a medium build and bought the 60cm length. I'm on hole 3 from the top. I have a fairly long leg and ride dressage.

Passover Velvet Touch Mono Stirrup Leathers
Leather quality is terrific, but the buckle covers are too small to cover the buckles completely and consequently come up off of the buckles as you ride, so they will rub your saddle & boots. I ended up getting covers from someone else’s stirrups that were to short for me.

These are great dressage leathers. Soft, well made and comfortable:
