Nathe Control D-Ring Bit
Nathe Control D-Ring Bit combines the Nathe thermoplastic mouthpiece with the Herm Sprenger Max Control design that works well for strong, yet sensitive horses. The double-jointed mouthpiece has a unique training/correction locking mechanism that engages if the horse leans on the bit.

Nathe Control D-Ring Bit lies in the mouth as a double-jointed bit, but if the horse becomes strong, it locks to form a straight bar bit. Once the horse softens the contact, it unlocks to provide quick relief and reward. The Nathe Control bit has dee cheeks to keep the bit steady and help support turns and lateral movements. Due to the mouthpiece material, the Herm Sprenger Nathe Control D-Ring Bit is not eligible for the Mary's Bit Trial.
