The Double Wall Galvanized Poultry Fount by Little Giant is a heavy-duty standalone waterer for chickens, turkeys, and other poultry. The heavy-gauge galvanized steel is tested to prevent leaks, and can hold up to two gallons of water! The galvanized steel edges are rolled for you and your bird’s safety. Due to the double walled construction, the Poultry Fount contains an inner tube with a strong arched handle to carry the filled fount without buckling. It also features a sloped top to prevent birds from roosting. This is not a hanging waterer, and must be placed on the ground or floor.

The Galvanized Poultry Fount’s double-wall is sealed with neoprene and a spring to create a vacuum that maintains a constant water level in the drinking pan, preventing overflow and unnecessary spillage. For extra security, the outer tube is held in place with a locking pin. The outer tube has its own handle as well for convenience and stability. This fount is great to use in winter with a heater base, preventing the water from freezing without melting the waterer itself.
