LeMieux ProIce Freeze Boots wrap around the leg and stay in place with 3 straps. The boots have a mesh pocket to hold the insert and a foil lining to keep the cold from escaping. Place the inserts in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours prior to use. LeMieux ProIce Freeze Boots are sold in pairs and include two Hypo-Freeze Inserts, one in each boot.
