Each side has a full length shim. There are also 3 pockets with inserts for the front, center, and rear. Kavalkade KavalTop Vario Half Pad is quilted cotton with an anatomically cut sewn-on panel of cellular rubber. The thin foam inserts provide cushioning, pressure equalization, and impact absorption. The rubber panels help create a stable fit for the saddle with no slipping and are rounded in front to work perfectly with close contact and jump saddles.
