Fager Milton Sweet Iron Fixed Ring Bradoon is a registered design from Fager that is recommended for dressage horses who need improvement with contact. This is an excellent bit for horses that pull against contact yet react to increased pressure, are unsteady in contact, resist the bit, toss their head and drop it below the contact, or don't instinctively seek out the contact.

The Fager Milton mouthpiece is incredibly comfortable with 100% super smooth surfaces, including the joints. The joints don't press against the sides of the palate or create uneven pressure over the bars. The Milton contours naturally around the tongue and is designed to maintain the correct balance point in the mouth. The sweet iron Fager Milton Bradoon mouthpiece encourages salivation.

Fager Milton Bradoon
HI Team~ I ordered this bit based on the description of the horse "target audience"- reluctant, inconsistent contact, as well as the sweet iron composition, & angled, double jointed mouthpiece. I'm happy to report it performs just as described! My horse is going very nicely in contact with this bit after dramatically objecting to 3 others. I was able to rent it first, which gave me the confidence to try it. Thank you so very much!?
