Equerry's Sand Master

Sand Master from Equerry's is an easy and effective way to remove sand from your horse's digestive tract and improve overall gut health. Equerry's unique psyllium fiber increases moisture in the digestive tract, forming a gel that binds with sand and moves it through the digestive tract. Wheat bran is added to increase fiber and for its laxative effect. Yucca is beneficial for reducing inflammation as well as the strong ammonia odor of urine and manure.

  • 1.8 lb bag is approx. 3 month supply
  • 3.6 lb bag is approx. 6 month supply
  • Psyllium fiber binds with and removes sand
  • Contains wheat bran, yucca, probiotics, active live yeast

For general digestive health, Sandmaster has 5 species of probiotics that are microencapsulated. This means the probiotics have a coating that can survive stomach acid so it can reach the hind gut and actually work. Probiotics promote appetite, energy, and stamina. There are also 5 digestive enzymes to break down fats and proteins so they are more readily used, making your horse's feed more effective. Active Live Yeast also helps with nutritional absorption, as well as balancing PH levels and stimulating appetite.

    SandMaster worked Great

It did everything it said it would, and my horse ate it right away. Really like how it's a gel and not a pellet. It makes sense to me.

    Equerry’s Sand Master

Well I was really excited to get it after seeing the ad comparing it to equus. Horse is not excited about it & I have to mix it with equus to get her to eat it. Hopefully next month will be better :-) nice consistency unless it remains in the pan..
