This anti-rearing bit is made of durable brass and is designed to not bend, rust or break. It has a straight un-ported mouthpiece which makes it more suitable for youngsters and horses with sensitive mouths. (Great for that hard-to-handle colt!) The side rings attach to a halter/head piece while the ring at the bottom is for your lead rope. Chifney Brass Straight Mouth Bit is available in sizes for Horse or Cob/Yearling.
