Monarch/Wind River Breast Collar from Circle Y is heavy duty doubled and stitched leather with finished edges and stainless steel hardware. It's 1.75" wide and tapered for a comfortable fit. There is soft fleece under the center ring. Great looking and substantial western breast collar from Circle Y fits most horses. Handsome western tack has classic leaf hand tooling and is available in 3 shades.
