Beatriz Ball creates gorgeous metal and wood serving pieces and home accents with an equestrian touch. Beatriz Ball started her Beatriz Ball Collection in 1991 near Mexico City. She employed the skills of metalware artisans to create modern, innovative designs using a special lustrous metal alloy. Today, Beatriz Ball still has many of those original metalware craftsman working at the company foundry in Mexico.
Beatriz Ball pieces are completely handmade. Each one is individually crafted using an ancient sand casting method where the molten aluminum alloy is poured into sand molds. Each piece undergoes four levels of polishing to achieve its luster and beautiful finish. The entire manufacturing process is personal, time intensive, and depends on great skill and artistry.
