Helite CO2 Cartridges are designed for all Helite airbag vest mechanical systems. There are 4 sizes to choose from depending on the size of your air vest. When you purchase a Helite Zip-In 2 Airbag from Mary's Tack, one gas cartridge in the correct size is included. We strongly recommend purchasing at least one more Helite CO2 Cartridge to have on hand in case the original gets used.

Helite Zip'In Airbag Vest Sizes and Cartridge Sizes:

Child Medium, Child Large, Adult Extra Small = 50cc
Adult Small, Adult Medium, Adult Medium Tall, Adult Large = 60cc
Adult Large Tall, Adult Extra Large = 85cc

Helite CO2 Cartridges come in 50cc, 60cc, 85cc, and 100cc sizes. You must use the correct size to allow for proper function and inflation of your Helite airbag vest. Helite CO2 cartridges are easy to replace, simple to use, and have no expiration date.

Do not purchase other brands of CO2 cartridges, even if the seller claims they are compatible with Helite airbags. These cartridges are dangerous for several reasons:
Technical compatibility problems (gas volume, screw thread etc.)
Inferior quality (tightness, corrosion, fragility, etc.)
Loss of CE certification and warranty
Airbag operation is not guaranteed
