The Select grade indicates the appearance of this leather will be as good and clear as possible. Although deer are wild animals with hide imperfections, in this grade they are held to a minimum.

Geier unlined deerskin Western gloves have a soft, fine feel and allow a good sense of touch. Deerskin is strong, supple, and has natural stretch. Gloves in normal use require little care. If they are usually kept dry, they will pick up enough natural oils from the skin to keep them supple. If they do become wet, and somewhat stiff after air-drying, they will soon soften with wear.
