Equine Confections is a woman-owned and run business that got its start in 2016, and has grown in popularity with a grassroots following. The owner of Equine Confections, Sarah Christine, is a dressage rider and Olympic groom who combined her passion for horses and baking by making specially decorated treats. In her words, "horses deserve the best and we are proudly able to offer that". She continues to follow her passion for cute, affordable, gourmet horse treats for every horse to enjoy. Sarah owns a Dutch Warmblood nicknamed "Winnie", who happily samples her treats–and even has a cookie named after him!
