EDGEWOOD LEATHER
Edgewood Leather began as a humble shop in an Edgewood, New Mexico backyard in 1990. This small business originally made dog collars and belts that resembled English reins. From leather goods with an equestrian flair, the logical next step was creating actual horse tack! In 1992 they began making bridles and were very successful In just three years they needed to move to a larger facility in Moriarty, New Mexico. They kept the Edgewood name in honor of where it all began.
Edgewood employs craftsman who take pride in their exceptional tack making skills. They are carefully chose and trained to live up to the Edgewood ideal. Edgewood uses vegetable tanned American cowhide and tack is made in the USA. Mary's Tack has carried Edgewood products for many, many years.
