Deniro Boot Co. started in 1981 with a desire to make world class riding boots that are innovative, stylish, and hand made with impressive quality. DeNiro controls the process from design to manufacture in its own factory in Casarano in southern Italy. The designers at DeNiro work closely with riders to create boots for jumping and dressage that are elegant, distinctive, comfortable, and practical for the sport. Dressage boots for men and women feature high Spanish tops, reinforced outer legs, and a formal look that's ideal for any level of showing. Jumping boots, including the modern dress boot style, feature full grain calfskin, comfortable Vibram soles, and a sleek look. DeNiro tall boots boast the innovative Water Resistant Advanced Treatment (WRAT) that prevents the leather from absorbing water while maintaining a breathable, supple feel.
DeNiro Boot Co. also has a fun legend. A rider who was struggling through a competition felt an odd pressure under his foot from his DeNiro boot. Though annoyed, the rider won the class and it bolstered his confidence. He returned the boots to DeNiro where they discovered a one cent coin between the leather linings. The rider decided the coin was a good luck token and kept it in the boot. DeNiro Boot Co. thought it was good luck, too, so they add a one cent coin inside the bood linings. It cannot be felt by the rider, but it's there, wishing them good luck from DeNiro!
