The Fleeceworks plain edge half pad is a discreet way to add a protective layer between your horse and saddle. The modern design is cut close to the saddle and allows for closer contact under your le. The dropped front offers increased protection from the pressure caused by the points of the saddle tree, while the cut is anatomically correct to rise over the withers to avoid pressure in that area. The piped edge blends discreetly when the pad is worn on top of a quilted pad. If you prefer to use the sheepskin directly on the horse, the piped edge is ideal because it does not disturb the drape of a square pad if used on top of the pad. The Fleeceworks Classic Plain Edge Half Pad is very versatile - it can be used with Close Contact, All Purpose, and Dressage Saddles. Machine washable - please see manufacturer's instructions.
