The position and weight of the dee rings combine to achieve a neutral placement in the horse's mouth. The port has a flattened area that increases room for the tongue while shifting pressure to the palate and bars. The lateral support and guidance plus an anatomically correct mouthpiece increases horse comfort. The Tongue Port mouthpiece from Beris is designed for forward, strong horses who need control without excess tongue pressure.
