Collars are measured from the leather end (where it meets the buckle) to the middle hole on the other end. Woofwear recommends measuring your cat or dog's neck with a string or measuring tape, snugly but not tight. Collars are made in 2 inch increments. Mary's has a great selection of leashes, leads, and cat collars, too. Please note, this is a "Sunday best collar", not for rough play or water/beach activity.
